Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by INSTA Junk Removal & Demolition.

Estimates and appointments

• Online requests are requests only. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms a date and arrival window with you.
• Estimates are based on the volume of material and the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins.
• Written quotes expire on the date shown on the quote.

Items we cannot accept

We cannot remove hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste or other regulated items. Our team will tell you if an item can't be taken.

Demolition

Demolition work is limited to non-structural and light structures unless otherwise agreed in writing. Property owners are responsible for any permits required unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise stated on your invoice. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
