1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a service, accepting a quote, or using the services of Insta Junk Removal & Demolition (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We provide junk removal and demolition services for residential and commercial properties. This includes the labor to remove, load, and haul away unwanted items or designated structures.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes: Quotes provided are estimates based on the information and photos you supply. They are valid for a specified period (e.g., 30 days).
• Final Price: The final price is determined at the time of service and is typically based on the volume of junk (the amount of truck space it occupies) or the time and labor required for the project. The final price may differ from the initial quote if the actual scope of work differs from what was described.
• Pricing Factors: Factors affecting the final price include, but are not limited to: the type of items (e.g., appliances, construction debris, hazardous materials), weight, ease of access (e.g., flights of stairs, long carry distances), and required disposal fees.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [List accepted payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, checks].

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information about the items for removal or the scope of demolition.
• Access & Permits: Ensure our crew has safe, unobstructed access to the items/property. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, homeowner’s association approvals, or property owner permissions prior to our arrival.
  Hazardous
• Materials: Identify and disclose any known hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals, pesticides, biological waste, pressurized tanks) in advance. We do not handle hazardous materials, and their discovery on-site will result in service stoppage and may incur a fee.
• Pet Safety: Secure all pets for the safety of our crew and your animals.

5. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
• Remove and dispose of all collected items responsibly, prioritizing recycling and donation whenever possible.
• Leave the work area clean and tidy.
• Carry appropriate liability insurance for our operations.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• By You: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
• By Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including but not limited to: safety concerns, undisclosed hazardous materials, scope of work differing significantly from the quote, or inability to access the property. We will provide as much notice as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from our services is limited to the total value of the service provided.
• We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for damage to property that is not disclosed as part of the job or for items you request to be left in place.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insta Junk Removal & Demolition and its employees from any claims or losses resulting from your failure to disclose relevant information (e.g., hazardous materials, unsafe structures, lack of permission to be on the property).

8. Demolition Services (If Applicable)

For demolition projects, the following additional terms apply:

• Scope of Work: The specific areas and structures to be demolished will be outlined in a separate written agreement or work order.
• Utility Disconnection: You are solely responsible for arranging for the disconnection of all utilities (gas, water, electric, sewer) to the structure prior to the start of demolition.
• Unforeseen Conditions: Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are encountered (e.g., unexpected construction materials, structural issues) that increase the complexity or time required for the job.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and content on our website and marketing materials are the property of Insta Junk Removal & Demolition and may not be used without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
